I notice some of the new shares are the result of Warrant and option conversion. Does this mean more cash in the bank for Prima?
5.475 cents per share for 19,800,000 shares issued to Bergen as a result of the exercise of options
5.019 cents per share as a result of the exercise of 10,000 warrants.

The purpose of the issue is to raise capital for general corporate and working capital purposes.
