The company never put forward a specified date for NASDAQ listing they only stated the intention of the company to do so & the steps being taken to achieve this.
The real pressure has been mounted by holders on this forum that take it out of context - firstly expecting the 20F being lodged meaning listing was imminent based on the response time of 60-90 days from the regulator & then further pushed by posters personal opinions on when the listing should take place.
All within reason for the NASDAQ listing to be within 12 months from the companys first stating the intention to list in September 2010. Although it may come much earlier than September this year i don't think holders have any place to whinge about it until a 12 month timeframe is breached.
