Me thinks that as of tomorrow there is probably nothing stopping the N listing unless SEC comes up with something. We have been unable to list as we were involved in a cap raising which basically had to be completed prior to listing or spend a truckload of money on Prospectus in US.
Some of us have been waiting a damn sight longer than 8 months for all this to happen (admittedly back then we had no idea about Nasdaq)but this is all just part of our ongoing progression. If its not tomorrow or the next day it may be the day after or even the following week, but I think as of tomorrow we have possibly dotted the last i, crossed the last t and perhaps ticked the final box.
Only time will tell.
