Loved the update from Stuart Roberts yesterday... nice contrast between Juno receiving Billions ("with a B") and Prima giving away shares for millions (for free). Can't see a Juno deal happening in the future with Ridgeback owning 40%.
Also not happy that we had no idea that management were so desperate that they needed to agree to such a deal and then announce it June 30 when it was too late to cut any losses. The timing sucks and so does the deal - what was the term used by KPMG? "Not fair" but "reasonable"!! Give me a break.
