Just to clarify the actual Director transactions:
MR held: 20,821,500 heads prior, and now holds 30,750,179
RH held: 5,000,000 heads prior, and now holds 10,202,457
Each directors sold 2.4m shares for approx $700k
Each paid approx $247k to convert the oppies
Each therefore made a net $453k on the transaction while substantially increasing their shareholdings and tipping approx $500k into the company coffers.
Nothing about that transaction causes me any concern.
