Dendreon CEO Mitch Gold sold 202,090 shares on April 2, 2007 (pre FDA approval), at $13.46 apiece, for gross proceeds of $2.7 million.
A director selling shares at various stages is nothing to be concerned about. We all need cash for whatever.
