It all starts to make sense now.....

1. Springtree facility terminates end of March 2011 ( soon )

2. Nasdaq listing in April ( about 3 weeks away )

..... listing for Nasdaq form would have had a little box to tick .... preferred date for listing ..... tick April 2011.

3. announcement of new funding / investment / US funding
.... simultaneous with or just after Nasdaq listing.

A very clever strategy to have ST ' off the books ' paving the way for unencumbered investments by others.
