The RSVP was the 4th of April??
This means that the 'celebration' was organised over the weeknd or last week or at the very latest on the 4th of April. It does not make any sense that they would have known about the NASDAQ listing that early with no subsequent announcements.
Unless it is a celebration of PRR's achievments and their 'likely' NASDAQ listing.
Sorry to be pessimistic about this but it doesn't add up so I would not expect an announcement re NASDAQ today.
All IMO only and would be over the moon to be proven wrong!!
