Chris you might want to tell your broker he is providing misleading information to his clients. I emailed Prima about the cocktail party and was told the party was organised by a shareholder, being Springtree, hence why other shareholders have not been invited. I was also told when the SEC gives a final clearance for the NASDAQ listing that Prina will inform the market immediately as their obligations to all shareholders under listing rule 3.1.
So yes there is a party, but it has nothing to do with the NASDAQ listing which I think we all knew would be the case.
