I think they are celebrating their long time and continued relationship with Prima and IF they have called it a Nasdaq listing celebration its would not be a breach of anything but an expectation like ours that it should soon happen. If listing had already in fact been approved then it would have raised disclosures issues. But as you have established from Prima that is not the case.

I myself never interpreted the thread header to mean that Nasdaq had been granted as I believe PRR to be a company with integrity and will announce when all is official. To have interpreted it any other way would mean we expected a situation of insider privileged information. Not on!

Anyway the 34.5c wall has been toppled but the 35c is still holding strong. It will need sellers at under that price to dry up if it is to be toppled also. Its in their hands lol.
