The guy is Les Szancer ......and he holds PRR and and has been making 'positive comments' since day one! . He was going on about the Nasdaq listing a while ago and how the price will take off, then he went quiet, now with results etc to be announced soon, he has commented along the same lines.
He rarely has anything negative to say about them........hmm
