gcadenaz, I would have to agree with you, unfortunately.
Better yet, why not sell before July to realise loses for tax purposes, and then buy back in the high-5's later?
Makes more sense than trying to average down, methinks.
But then again I'm not an accountant, or a very wise investor (I bought PRR). DYOR
