Hi Eagle888: Re December 2011 selling. I think I wrote a post about this activity when it was occurring. Unfortunately, I cannot get a history of the PRRO options trading in December 2011. What I can remember is that a BOT or other trading platform was buying the options and then immediately selling them as PRR shares 5 - 10 seconds later.
I assume this would fall into the category of short selling, as they were selling shares that they actually, technically never had the paperwork for.
This resulted in a flurry of selling of the PRR shares (via the buying of the PRRO options). The PRR & PRRO couldn’t keep up and a half cent profit was occurring on each sell.

The selling activity, I think, spooked investors, and more shares were then sold.
I don't think we will see the same activity over December this year. (well....I hope not). I think the PRRO/PRR buy/sell activity contributed to the fall of the PRR SP share price at the time. And as Botkiller points out, it only takes one share to lower the PRR SP.
