The Astra Zeneca deal was all hush hush . This deal now has diclosed that milestone payments could total over $20m in the next twenty four months . That's huge!!! And that's before any future ryalties on sales of a product .

Want to know what products they might be replacing ??
Well one has already been withdrawn by Merck and ..gees.. you'd have to be on another planet not to have heard about the Vioxx disaster . The other cox2 inhiitors are under the microscope and in danger of going the same way . What ere the wrldwide sales of these drugs ? Well maybe you should be doing some research on that .
The aging population has an insatiable appetite for pain relief . They'll be buying up enough Celebrex to last them a couple of years . Maybe we should be buying Pfizer stock !!

With 158m fpo Prima's market cap. is under $23m at current price of 14.5c .
They have $10m cash.
That's a bl00dy ridiculous valuation.

Compare the biotechs and compare the value of the ip within each of the four subsidiaries within PRR. In my opinion you can't go wrong for a med. to long term buy here .
