Clearly the insto's that got the shares @ 0.12c plus the free attaching unlisted options (on a 1 for 3 basis) are the ones that are selling.
Obviously the insto's will be offloading the shares and retaining the free options as a free-carried investment. I thought the placement shares were being distributed in uncertified holdings yesterday as prev announced, however as you pointed out, it is today.
I was watching to see the volume and the conduct by the insto's yest, and low and behold, they have performed to my exact expectation today. They have dumped a considerable amount of stock for a stag profit and one questions what they will do with the balance of their holding.
It also questions their belief in PRR and how they consider the medium to long term potential of the company. Looks like further research is required on this one before I put my toe in the water.
