Geo I think that is a very valid point. If MR is that confident then perhaps he knows the SEC clearance is imminent and therefore an announcement to the market will also be made VERY soon
Note this is only my summation of the email. I am sure he is very aware of the obligations he carries in this regard.
I reiterate "exciting times" ahead and unless the market firmly believes the Nasdaq listing has already been factored into the price (and I am sure a certain amount has been) then I would not be surprised to see a mini surge later today as we head into the weekend. Mind you Monday probably would not be a good day to announce a listing in the USA as they will be Super Bowl mad and any other news will disappear into thin air!
