I do believe that someone emailed Prima about 2-3 weeks ago and the reply from MR stated that the NASDAQ listing was 100% confirmed and there were just a few things to finalise. I understand that nothing in life is 100% certain until it actually happens but why would he openly say that to someone in an email? And yes the person who received the email could easily have changed it or made it up, but the whole thing looked truthful when you read it as a whole.
