Geospud & Buster I agree with you that there is nothing sure 100% but in total honesty I feel more confortable with what said by MR in between the lines than your feeling and your long "experience" .
MR in addition to "between the line" has also termined early the finance agreement with Springtree and something like that would not happen if there was not something else lined up and this "entity" lined up would not be there if Nasdaq was not in the vicinity of sure thing.
Geospud if you would write your posts in a different way maybe someone here would not be so aggressive. I do not mean to be always iperpositive but just more constructive.
....and do not worry clever people in here do not consider the super positive rumpers either.

By the way all above is just my idea to make me feel I am in a great and future profitable coy.
