A good example (Dendreon aside) of a stock which happens to have all the hallmarks of Prima Biomed is its stellar cousin, Mesoblast.

Identical clinical trial stage, positive results making the news, roadshows and presentations attracting global awarness, glowing (and a steady stream of) broker reports hitting the information superhighway .... the only missing ingredient is THAT big pharma investor ready and willing to step in and swallow a 20% chunk of the register.

When that happens, if it happens, Prima Biomed will never trade below $1 again - not by the time you factor in all the leakage that goes into making such a bid, meaning the SP would have already moved substantially.

It's the last card to fall, the probabilities of it occurring IMHO are exactly 100%, the ramifications of it transpiring will send a shudder through the investment community such that it will change the face of the company's register (loosely held as we speak), the translation of which is an SP far in excess of where it stands today.
