... at the time of striking the original agreement of payments to Souther Cross Equities via options to provide an analysis report for Prima... its share price was 'bugger all' ...

... so in return for no cash .. the payment in the form of 'options' can be a valid one ... and as incentive to provide an excellent ' product ' ( analysis report) that will deliver the goods ... the more productive the report is ... the greater PRR,s share price ... the bigger the return to Southern Cross Equities....

... and if it has it's 2 million shares excised and Primas share price is in the $'s... it has been a payment well worth the while

.... The analytical report is also a very objective means in relaying information to shareholder, future investors and the curious...

...It carries credibility because they are an organisation of some note ... and we would assume as matter of maintaining their ' professional reputation ' they would not be providing ' wild ' future price forecasts ....

.. I would say they pretty much call it the way they see it.. hence the low and high forecasts ... they therefore covers their butts both ways...

... If anybody can think of a better and more ' professional ' way to spruik the companies wares... and validate its credibility ... we would be most interested to know ...

... congratulations to Prima for having the nous to use Southern Cross to produce a fine document ... that covers both the company's Pros and cons in quite a detailed outline ...

... it forms a particularly accurate reference because the information has come 'directly' from the Company
