if they were to have produced a negative report ... they would not have been 'engaged ' in the first place..
.. but Southern Cross do present ... to their credit .. the negatives , the competitors and some issues that may arise ... possibly to dilute any perceived 'bias '
.... and as per the first post on this thread , it was led with
"This report is commissioned on behalf of PRR by Southern Cross Equities. "
.. for the very reason .. it should be read with the view from why it was written in the first place ... and who organised it
