Well, one is a drug that so far has shown positive indications in laboratory tests. It has yet to even announce when (if) it plans to begin human clinical trials, so at best it's about 8-9 years from a commercial product.
The other is a vaccine, with extensive tests completed and underway, possible multiple cancer applications, and a real chance of being on the market in about 2.5 years.
