..hope the Mod will cut me some slack since it's after the close.. my PRR comments are further below..
Disclosure: There ain't any relevations here, so keep on having your Friday drinky if that's what you'd prefer...
...
I've been watching the US Futures and they are simply falling through the fall - they hovered for the DOW between about -2.00 and -30.00 most of the day, then it seems the second shift came on after 4pm our time, where they peaked down to -141.00 at one stage - back to around -83.00 atm..
I was saying in the General forum that if the US employment data comes in or above estimates, then the BLS which produces the figs can be said to be airtight - I hope so, thereby showing the Futures to be a bad signal from time to time..
But figs earlier in the week surveying expected layoffs in the US had simply gone off the charts, and fell well below estimates
PRR is now sitting in a zany place amongst all this global market activity..
The company sprang a timely surprise with the German announcement, which can't be dismissed as not being influential today
Comments today that the volume yesterday and today were so strong, that it evidences a very bullish sentiment rings true to me - too many shares simply changed hands to dismiss as inconsequential - in my view, and not wishing to use the term 'accumulation', I think we can say that trades over the last two days have resulted in many more professional and sophisticated outfits owning a lot more PRR at fabulous prices
Other comments we have heard before are now ringing truer than ever namely, the sins of the Father (DNDN) will not be repeated by the Son (PRR)
DNDN seem prone for making just about every mistake that PRR would hope never to experience during its march towards commercialisation - if ever a company could lead the way for PRR by showing by way of example, all the wrong things to do, then DNDN takes the Top Prize - thank you DNDN
All the mistakes by DNDN only better fill-in the blueprint for PRR, quiet simply
And now after PRR's effectively receiving more than $5 million today, further filling our coffers, it can probably be said that PRR now has a huge marketing budget moving forward, part of which will no doubt be directed towards post FDA approval marketing and strategy formulation
A great deal of that strategy will be seeking to manoeuvre PRR to the best reimbursement model with US authorities, seeking the easiest method for US doctors and patients to get their money back quickly - as DNDN has again clearly shown, there are some reimbursement models that practitioners hate to use
But let's not forget Europe and the Middle East.
I'm not as monetarily excited about Dubai as many others are - sure it is a great centre for receiving what it seems will be a multitude of cancer therapies using CVac, but in monetary terms, that's not the biggy for me - it's the diversity of cancers the company is seeking to allow CVac used for - that will distinguish Dubai in my eyes - Philbar took this issue up strongly earlier in the week just before I was about to post on same, and he's right (assuming He is a He) - point is, the Dubai office, (as I like to call it), could produce startling pre-clinical results that could spur another huge push in other directions - so Dubai really is a 'watch this space' at the moment, for any data away from just ovarian cancer...
And now as much as I know it pains you all to read me writing on this subject again, I must mention the nasdaq
It still must come.
Fronting up to the nasdaq board not only finally delivers on Aussie and NZ expectations, but it shows an enormous amount of confidence by the company in what it has been working on - we have the data, we have the Middle East, and we have great interest coming from Europe with the dollars being given by Europe to prove it. The nasdaq will also give us a shot in the arm financially, growing the market cap slowly but surely, step by step, enabling the company to talk from a position of strength when future money talks are needed, especially after a few years of nasdaq presence and acceptance, particularly if results released from time to time continue on the up and up
As for next week and what PRR holders can expect - well you heard it here first - Who Knows, so speak to Who - but after yesterday and today, clearly many still love buying PRR - were volumes less than the spectacular we saw these past few days, then I'd be shaking a lot more in my boots (I wear them just above the knees BTW).
Did I miss anything? If I did, I'm sure there are a couple of posters around here who will fill the gaps...
And, av a good weekend. (Oh, forgot - America, stop stealing the world's wealth, would ya? - and you EU crooks, just admit you're more broke than the Americans, would ya?)
good luck
