BRR- vanilla self-interest? Does that exsist when speaking of nations? Maybe if you are a historically neutral nation like Switzerland but even their politicians have been in bed with their bankers for years and helped launder the money (unwittingly or not) of some of the world's worst despots.

BTW BRR- despite some differing views (and ignoring the burr in your saddle you have about the Nasdaq) I enjoy the repartee.
