Since my initial post I have been following the PRRO options.
When the PRR SP was 10 cents the options were 4 cents. They are still at 4 cents.
So...the options have already doubled in price.....and more interestingly...are only tracking at 6 cents below the PRR SP.
In my post I alluded to the fact that there may be a rush on the options, given the % gains on PRRO over the PRR were greater.
To be sitting at 6 cents below the PRR SP has me scratching my head, as I thought it would be initially larger.

If this continues it makes for some interesting maths.
If you buy 100,000 options now at 4 cents, and the above trend continues, if/when the PRR SP hits 30 cents, your options would be 24 cents. If you sell them at this price and convert you will gain 100,000 PRR shares for no outlay, and be immediately 8 cents in front, less brokerage.

Interesting times ahead me thinks.
