I get the feeling they aren't legally required to launch a TO, but if the results are what we expect them to be, the TO offer will be at BYR's office pretty quick.

I get the feeling PRU might have all the docs prepared for a TO offer. Only blank to fill in is a TO price. I know if I was in their position, I would. If results are good, I'd walk down to the BYR office and halt trading straight away before the stock goes ballistic.

I call it, share price management, which someone has been very good at in the past couple months.
