Its being worked over and has been for a while, i think that a deal is in the works, they dont want the price below 30c and they dont want it much above, everytime it falls it brought up and when it wants to move its smacked down, its possible that the price is already set and the share price needs to be at a certain level for this to happen, BYR is exactly where it was 4 months ago at 30c.
