I will guess its a ramp up to generate further cash for Sissguine, and DFS/Exploration at Yaore.
PRU will always want to maintain a high level of cash.
A ramp down right after we got a new mine plan, would send the company down 30-50%.... if they cant get it right, we are in trouble.
The question is can PRU ramp up at Edikan ?
also the run up in share price, was it a pump and dump ? or get in before the news ?
