Both short and longer term trends are down.
Now hitting resistance on the longer term chart. $1.88 is the beginning of resistance on the short term chart.
At $2, PRU will begin establishing a target price.
$2.10 is a breakout on the short term chart and $2.20 is a breakout on the longer term chart.
Unless there is a catalyst for gold, consolidation may continue for a while.
My shortest term chart - equivalent to a daily chart - has broken out and held trend since the $1.50 low. But this chart can be choppy.
