sck...it looks like you might be on the money. Its climbinmg up on fairly low volumes suggesting the sellers arent willing to give up their buys at the lows.
These smallish incremental rises in the beginning are better than 1 or 2 larger spikes where the price can just as quickly fall back.
As always imo.
