PRU rising when GP lowering due to USD$ strength.
PRU should have hit 30 again but holding at 32-36 and solid intraday patterns.
USD$ weakness must restart again due to low US inflation 1.7% and dropping for 12 months now. The US is in danger of Japan style deflation and hence QE/lower USD$
As I said before, buying time around 30-35.
