Doesn't look like it will re-visit 44-46c region anytime soon.
This dog was in a massive 1 year accumulation phase from July 18 until now. Regardless of the gold price it ranged within 40-46 cents. Also the 44c warrants were keeping the lid as well.
However with the recent price action combined with the action in USD Gold price, it appears the accumulation is over and mark up has begun.
PRU is well cashed up now. ( My back of the envelope estimate is roughly AUD $155-160 million cash in hand by the end of this June quarter) - (Debt of USD $40 million)
USD$150 million loan is almost ready to be signed off. (With this Gold price Banks will be very happy to fund it now) Fully funded for Yaoure develepment.
Edikan and Sisingue are raking in a good amount of positive cash flow.
This one year accumulation has absorbed a lot of sellers even the likes of @colinchi
The brakes are off and PRU is going higher. (60-70c will be coming into play)
Observing the accumulation it was very easy to trade this dog......but not anymore...or no need to trade anymore. Just sell in increments on the way up. Yee--ho.
