I said the Div is 8 Cent not 8 percent for the whole 2009, it is stated in that big pdf file a month back. As for the cuts, thats as of last week, upper management had a meeting, and they are asking for a cut of $2 million a month, don't know what will happen if it is unreachable, but right now, thats why I said the price of the share will not go pass $1 for now.
