Cheers Bells, I saw that reference while doing a bit of research.
My curiosity is why are they on the Prodigy register in the first place with two holdings worth a combined total of approx $300K. In my experience a global investment bank doesn't bother with such small positions - and in a small market cap explorer??! It just doesn't make any overt commercial sense. I have seen many situations where a special purpose nominee entity has been engaged to acquire stock generally on behalf of an entity who's intentions are to remain unknown until a sizable stake has been accumulated in the target entity - usually to keep a lid on the share price during accumulation. Having said that, this does not fit that kind of scenario as there doesn't appear to be any accumulation occurring.
Maybe DB is not Deutsche Bank. Even if it isn't, it still doesn't make any sense as to why a German public limited company is invested in PRX.
