Regular fund raisers in the past resulted in well over 4 Billion shares, which resulted in a 1 for 15 consolidation. Since then the share price has dropped around 75% from the consolidation price. I would think there is little doubt that now the company has a new name and have partly cleansed/hidden it's history that the ball will start rolling again.
Unfortunately with what they have on offer at the moment, any fund raising they undertake will need to be offered at such a low sp and in such numbers that the dilution to existing small holders will be another poke in the eye.
I just hope the Directors, who are doing such a sterling job, are not put in a position where they have to consider less financial perks.
