    Hi Folks , I am a holder of PRY, and decided to buy into VEI today. Pry has moved to 20% and these moves are often followed up by a TO.
    VEIs market cap is tiny relative to PRY so it could be comsumed in a mili second, PRY could buy VEI with free cahs flow, debt or script and PRY is looking to grow.

    it seems like a high proability candidate for a TO imo

    I will continue to buy on weakness
