That is an interesting theory however my opinion is different. Why would PYM withhold fantastic parts of the deal if they were not positive? Surely if they sold the land for a large profit and retain royalties, management would put all the details down. Instead they give no details.
It could be positive however human nature dictates that withheld information is usually not positive.
This reminds me of the withheld drilling results last year that we heard were fantastic however were never released. Too much smoke and mirrors for me.
Come on guys, if you have the goods let shareholders know the details. Everyone will be better off.
