Who knows Chutton??

Certainly feels like a familiar pattern with this stock at the moment.

Get's a sniff of some momentum with some decent buys, rises .2 or .3 then get's hit and stays under pressure to close on it's open.

Feels like someone's playing games with NEO at the moment while we waiting for the defining news.

Just the way it seems to me, any other opinions.

Pretty frustrating pattern.
