PSA has an amazing 34 year history of Lazarus rises from the dead, mini cents to big $. Needless to say after all these years and now locked into a low cent price, it is right off the radar for most investors. This could change VERY quickly if Yemen works out and production starts soon. If it does work IMO expect a ten bagger at least Just take some time to look at the all time chart to see what I mean.
