    Is it true the PSA has been ratified?

    Is it true the JV's done?

    Apparently there was something about a cap raising in last year's EGM docs, can you clarify?

    Now, I know you only post the facts & you have a 100% record & so on, so I'm relying on you here. Please be succinct as I have a short attention span.
