PSC: Give Lynas TOL as plant not a major hazard

The Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (Lamp) does not have the potential to cause major accident hazards and it should thus be issued with a temporary operating licence (TOL), the parliamentary select committee (PSC) on Lamp says.
