    its only.been 3 montha since the DFS (Including the christmas break where everyone goes om holiday mode). They said they would have something out by May in their timeline, so why is everyone panicking?

    usd160m deals dont just get done in less than 8 weeks (excluding dec 15th to jan 15th as most people are away).
