No, Sinomine did not reduce their holdings.
With the 10:1 consolidation they have now 16,666,667 shares, before they had 166,666,667.
But, because of the dilution with the share placement (with the new major holder, Lord of Seven Hills Holdings FZE) and the new raised money, all the shareholders percentage went down a bit.
Before the placement the 166 Mio shares of Sinomine were 8.15% of the total shares, and now with their 16,66 Mio shares they have only 7.06%.
