Sorry, no much explanation was provided. I think when we invest in the penny stock, this is one of the key risks we have to bear.
Let's all be patient to see the outcomes the company can deliver from the last CR. Good Luck to All.

In regards to the finance until a deal is Ann and if ever it will the company will continue to offload (to whom ever) additional shares and dilute more of our shares. The management side has been appalling. It doesn’t take “rocket science” to come out with a deal. Until anything more CR will happen and only to pay for useless manpower which isn’t justified.
