My honest opinion: the Chinese want/ wanted this entire project. PSC management weren't keen to sell. They threw caution to the wind and tried to raise funds elsewhere. They are in China trying to resell the story to other Chinese. The other Chinese know that the first Chinese were denied so that could be a good or a bad thing. Funding will come but it will be tied up with giving up some control. I mean at the end of the day this is an Aussie junior trying to set up shop in Zim by borrowing money from the Chinese. Sounds like a mission. But management are competent. They are focussed and have a decent deposit. If this all works out it will be an amazing pay day. 5-Disallowed.
