Guys, one thing that occurs to me, now that Najib's masterplan is about to be revealed is this: when the Malaysian media write up the PSC report tomorrow, the best thing they can do for Lynas is run screaming headlines along the lines of "Lynas slapped with 30 new conditions" etc as if Lynas is somehow losing the battle. The more the merrier - while Najib knows he can never turn the minds of the die-hards, he wants the average electoral roll punter to be on his side and it is they that this is aimed at - the more average Malaysians who are led to believe that Lynas has been stuffed in some way, the better... meanwhile, he has just allowed Lynas to operate and that is all that should concern us, the conditions matter not a jot. Najib has engineered this perfectly like the consummate politician he is.
