Definition of Recommendation and definition of Conditions below:
A condition is:
something essential to the appearance or occurrence of something else; especially : an environmental requirement
A recommendation is:
1. the act of recommending
2. something that recommends, esp a letter presenting someone as suitable for a job, etc.
3. something that is recommended, such as a course of action....
So I take it that these 30+ Recommendations are favourable replys from the "parties" they had involved investigating the plant.
Don't understand why some think there are 30+ conditions on the report???????
Anyway, it's important that the right meaning is absorbed, especially at this point in time. I think today could have been a last shakeout for the shorters as they know it's coming and need the price as low as possible to not get overly burnt? Anyone agree?
