What has Pfizer invested in PSD? From announcement PSD has received $6.5M and given Pfizer 22 million shares. Has a deal which Pfizer can walk away from at ant time that may realize $165M if they meet unspecified milestones. PSD has never indicated that it is confident of meeting these milestone or the timing or reward for each.

As for yesterdays announcement I have no idea if it was positive or negative. But appears to have said 'we were going broke, diluted shareholder value by another 140 million shares to save our jobs again'.
