Just discovered this and have a couple of questions/concerns for the vets here:

1. Minimum cap raise @ $0.02 to satisfy ASX listing requirements Chapter 1 & 2m which I believe relates to minimum capital of $1.5million. I guess this was only offered to existing holders hence why we are trading at a premium and this was offered on 15th April. Can anyone confirm?

Also I don't see the prospectus in the announcements, was this delayed?

2. Post re-listing shares of 2.5 billion (incl. performance) this seems quite high does anyone know if there is a plan for consolidation?
