    There are always pullbacks. Nice opportunities to add to positions.

    But what we don't know is after the DD, what price level the pullback will take place from? 2.5c 3c, 5c?

    We can only guess. I suppose it has a lot to do with the information included within/alongside the due diligence, as well as how much money is sitting on the sidelines waiting for the acquisition green light.

    The due diligence announcement could just be an announcement containing a single paragraph. Or it could also include further details on the big question.

    What kind of firm revenue "beyond initial expectations" have been created for them to scrap a $7m capital raising? One would think that those numbers must be firm ones for the cap raising to be scrapped. There must be an agreement somewhere and it's not just Tata we're talking about here.

    Hopefully with the move into Asia, the Expedia deal has now been consummated with an upfront payment.


    I get the distinct feeling that the big investors from Facebook backgrounds know a lot more than we are being shown.
